Many Christians do not have a thorough understanding of the power in the name of Jesus. The revelation of His name brings tremendous results to our lives.
The name of Jesus is so powerful. You mustn’t act like some people, who call the name of Jesus so casually because they’ve been taught from childhood to call on the name. Understand and develop a personal relationship with that name. In Philippians 2:9-10, the Bible tells us that God has given Jesus a name above all names, that at the name of Jesus, every knee must bow—of things in heaven, things in earth, and things under the earth. His name is effective everywhere, and for every purpose, everytime we call on Him in FAITH.
As Believers, we need to own the name of Jesus. It is ours to use and to dominate the world with. Jesus is the Head of the Church like a husband is the head of the wife. And He has given us (the church) His name like the woman adopts the name of her husband. The name of Jesus belongs to you; it is yours to use. Hold firm to His name, call on His name—and you shall be saved in all areas of life. (Roman 10:13)
You have the legal right to use the name of Jesus. One man in Mark 9:38-40 understood this clearly, and engaged the name of Jesus to command results effectively. You too can do the same! Have FAITH in His name.
SAY THIS PRAYER:
Lord Jesus, thank you for the gift of Your name. I receive my inheritance with it, I cast out devils with it, and I change my life and the world with Your name in Jesus name. Amen!
