THE FAITH OF GOD
“And Jesus, replying, said to them, Have faith in God [constantly]. Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him. For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it].”
(Mark 11:22-24 AMPC)
FAITH IN GOD is the key to an ever-increasing life. No man who sincerely trusts in God has ever had a defeated life.
FAITH is what you need to still the storm. It is what you need to move mountains and dare the impossible.
The great man of God, Dr. Lester Sumrall, once asked, “If FAITH is so powerful, why are many of God’s people powerless?”
The answer is simple: They have remained powerless because of their ignorance of the power of FAITH. Everyone of us have a measure of FAITH (Romans 12:2), and the FAITH we have is the FAITH OF GOD (Galatians 2:20). It is the God-kind of FAITH; the same FAITH that was used to create the world.
If we have the same ingredient God used to create the world, why are we not changing our world with it?
FAITH can change your world. FAITH can change the world around you.
With FAITH, you can change the world of others.
This is what Jesus meant when He says “Whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea – and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him.”
This week, believe in your heart that what you say will come to pass. You have the FAITH of GOD. You have the same FAITH God used to create the universe.
SAY THIS PRAYER:
Father, thank you for the measure of FAITH and for building me up in my most holy FAITH. From today, l commit to living by FAITH. From this day, I commit to operating with the FAITH of God in me in Jesus name. Amen!
